Request #138 Mento vs Cyclops

Finding an opponent for Summers was harder than I thought. I first decided to look for other characters who primarily use beams from their eyes. Instead, I decided to use another thing about: the field commander of a group of heroes shunned by society because for some reason their different to other superhumans. Seriously, I get why people are scared of mutants - something about them being the next step in evolution, or Sublime - but what's the problem with the Doom Patrol?
